Uses of SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET

SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET belongs to a class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs used for relieving some symptoms caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis such as swelling, stiffness and joint pain.

Special Instructions for SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET

• Take SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET particularly with meals or just after meals to avoid stomach upset and acidity.
• Take SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET with whole glass of water. Do not crush or chew SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET. You are strongly advised not to change the dose of SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET without talking to your doctor. Take the dose as prescribed by your doctor.
• Avoid taking SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Your doctor may prescribe you with special monitoring. Speak to your doctor for more information on this.
• Preferably a lower dosage of SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET to be given to the elderly patients as compared to adults.
• Inform and check with your doctor before taking another painkiller or medicine along with SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET.
• Along with medicines physical/hot/cold therapies can help ease swelling/joint/muscular pain and stiffness. Also improving range of motion, sitting and standing postures can help in managing pain effectively to a great extent.

Q) Can I take SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET with warfarin? A) No, you are strongly recommended not to take warfarin along with SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET. Together they may cause very unpleasant side effects which will harm the body. Other pain killers such as acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and anticoagulants such as warfarin should also be avoided completely while on SUGANRIL 20 MG TABLET medication.
