PERFALGAN 1GM INJECTION belongs to a class of medicines called analgesics. PERFALGAN 1GM INJECTION reduce pain, lower high temperatures (fever) and relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Special Instructions for PERFALGAN 1GM INJECTION
• Take PERFALGAN 1GM INJECTION with or without meals or as advised by your doctor. Take it at a gap of at least 4 hours to reduce fever and pain.
• PERFALGAN 1GM INJECTION is recommended to children above 10 years.
• Disperse PERFALGAN 1GM INJECTION in water and drink. If drug ingredients are left in the container then rinse with water or milk and swallow.
• Please do not take more than the prescribed dose as it may cause some very serious adverse effects.
• Take it with caution specifically if you have or had any history of kidney or liver diseases.
• Keep your doctor informed if you are taking medicines such as warfarin (anticoagulant) or cholestyramine (lower cholesterol).
• Consult your doctor immediately if you experience allergic reactions such as sudden onset of skin rashes, boils, sore lips and mouth, sudden wheezing, abnormal movements, swelling in the face or tightness of the chest.
