Uses of GUDCEF L TABLET

GUDCEF L TABLET is a combination of two antibiotic drugs: Cefpodoxime and Levofloxacin. GUDCEF L TABLET is used to treat bacterial infections.

Special Instructions for GUDCEF L TABLET

1. Take GUDCEF L TABLET with food daily at same the time for best results.
2. Your doctor will advise you to get laboratory tests (serology, histopathology) done before the treatment to identify causative organisms.
3. Complete the full course, do not leave it in the mid-way despite symptomatic relief unless your doctor suggested to do so.
4. Your doctor will monitor GUDCEF L TABLET levels in the blood at regular visits to make sure that GUDCEF L TABLET dose is not too high to cause adverse reactions, or too low to be effective against the bacterial infection.
5. Keep your doctor informed about taking GUDCEF L TABLET while taking any blood/urine test as GUDCEF L TABLET may alter the results of some diagnostic tests.
6. Before driving or performing any strenuous activity after taking GUDCEF L TABLET make sure you are alert and normal enough to take up the above activities as this medicine may cause dizziness, sleepiness, vertigo (spinning feeling) or eyesight changes.
