CHYMONAC TABLET is a combination of two drugs: Aceclofenac (NSAID), Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (analgesic /antipyretic) and Chymotrypsin-Trypsin (digestive enzymes). CHYMONAC TABLET is used to relieve pain.

Special Instructions for CHYMONAC TABLET

• Take CHYMONAC TABLET with food to avoid stomach upset.
• Take CHYMONAC TABLET in prescribed dose and duration as advised by your doctor/pharmacist.
• CHYMONAC TABLET should be used with caution in patients with anemia due to it increased risk of worsening the patient’s condition. Please talk to your doctor before taking CHYMONAC TABLET as he may adjust the dose or replace the dose with an alternative medicine.
• Discuss with your doctor before taking CHYMONAC TABLET especially if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
• Consumption of alcohol is not recommended while taking CHYMONAC TABLET.

A. CHYMONAC TABLET is a combination of three drugs: Aceclofenac (NSAID), Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (analgesic /antipyretic) and Chymotrypsin-Trypsin (digestive enzymes). Aceclofenac and Paracetamol works by blocking the production of hormone like substances called prostaglandins that cause fever and pain. Chymotrypsin – Trypsin are digestive enzymes which works by breaking down proteins into small fragments, which makes them available for absorption into the blood and thus they increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.
