Carpigrel A Tablet is a combination of two drugs: Aspirin (NSAID) and Clopidogrel (Anti-platelet). Carpigrel A Tablet is used to prevent formation of blood clots in blood vessels and helps in reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke or death.

Special Instructions for Carpigrel A Tablet

• Take Carpigrel A Tablet after a light meal to avoid stomach upset.
• Carpigrel A Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding. Therefore, be cautious while using Carpigrel A Tablet in patients with any bleeding disorder. Please inform your doctor, if you have any gastro-intestinal disorders.
• You are advised to be attentive while shaving, cutting fruits or vegetables, cutting fingernails or toenails or using any sharp objects as Carpigrel A Tablet can increase the risk of bleeding.
• If you notice bloody or black stools, please consult your doctor immediately.
• Do not stop taking Carpigrel A Tablet suddenly, it may increase the risk of heart diseases.
• If you experience vomiting blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds or coughing up blood, please contact your doctor immediately.
• If you experience diarrhea while taking Carpigrel A Tablet, it is advised to stop taking Carpigrel A Tablet and please consult your doctor.
