A) BIOCOF BR SYRUP is a combination of four drugs: Bromhexine (Mucolytic agent), Guaiphenesin (Expectorant), Menthol (Organic compound) and Terbutaline (Bronchodilator). Bromhexine loosens and thins the mucus making it easier to cough out. Guaiphenesin works by decreasing the stickiness of phlegm (mucus), thereby helps in its removal from the airways. Menthol relieves minor throat irritation and provides cooling effect. Terbutaline relaxes and widens the muscles in the airways making it easier to breathe.
