Uses of AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP
AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP is a macrolide antibiotic. AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP used in treatment of acute bacterial sinusitis, acute bacterial otitis media, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, mild to moderately severe community acquired pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, uncomplicated Chlamydia trachomatis urethritis and cervicitis.
Special Instructions for AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP
• AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP may be taken with food. AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP should be given in a single daily dose. AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP tastes bitter, this taste can be avoided by drinking fruit juice directly after taking AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP.
• Avoid heavy meals, dairy and milk products as you may experience stomach upset with AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP. Take light, and non-spicy meals.
• AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP may not be suitable for treatment of severe infections where a high concentration of the antibiotic in the blood is rapidly needed.
• Complete the full course of antibiotic and do not leave it in the mid-way despite symptomatic relief.
• Keep your doctor informed if you are taking any other medication along with AZIBEST 200MG SYRUP.
• Do not hesitate to contact your doctor if you are experiencing sudden onset of rashes or swelling in the face, lips, mouth, throat or entire body.
