Uses of AC DUO DRY SYRUP

AC DUO DRY SYRUP is a combination of two drugs: Amoxycillin (Antibiotic) and clavulanic acid (Beta lactamase inhibitor). AC DUO DRY SYRUP combination is used in the treatment of certain infections caused by bacteria including infections of lungs, middle ear, sinus, skin, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, bone and joint infections.

Special Instructions for AC DUO DRY SYRUP

• Take AC DUO DRY SYRUP with food to avoid stomach upset.
• Take AC DUO DRY SYRUP as prescribed by your doctor. Please check the label for direction before using AC DUO DRY SYRUP.
• Shake well before use and measure AC DUO DRY SYRUP with a measuring cup or spoon supplied with the pack and take it by mouth.
• It is not recommended to give AC DUO DRY SYRUP for more than 4 doses in any 24hour period. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not give AC DUO DRY SYRUP to your child for more than 3 days without speaking to your doctor or pharmacist.
• consumption of alcohol is not recommended while taking AC DUO DRY SYRUP as it may cause excessive drowsiness.
• If you are taking AC DUO DRY SYRUP and you experience dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness or any visual disturbances, you must not drive or use machinery.
• Do not take AC DUO DRY SYRUP if you are allergic to it. If you experience swelling of face, lips or throat, itching, runny nose, redness of skin or difficulty breathing, please contact your doctor immediately.
